Hydrock Contracting LLC

Building contracting in Dubai and across the UAE.

New build, extensions, structural modifications, steel structures and renovation works, delivered by an engineer-led team that manages the approvals as well as the build.

Overview

Building works in Dubai involve more than construction. Structural drawings need approval, the site needs to be set up safely and the work has to pass inspections by the authority or master developer before the building can be occupied.

Hydrock Contracting LLC handles these steps as one package. We review the architectural and structural drawings, price the work from a clear BOQ, coordinate permits and inspections, and build with our own supervised site team.

How we manage the work

Survey and review

We inspect the site and existing structure, check drawings against site conditions and identify approvals that apply before we price.

Approvals and planning

Building permits, NOCs and master developer approvals are coordinated with the consultant, and the programme is built around inspection stages.

Controlled execution

Engineers supervise setting out, reinforcement, concrete pours and steel erection, with inspection requests raised at each hold point.

Completion and handover

Snagging, final inspections, completion certificate support and handover of as-built records and warranties.

Who we work with

Villa owners, property developers, landlords, schools and community facilities, and main contractors who need a reliable civil and structural subcontractor.

FAQs

Questions about building contracting.

All FAQs
Do you handle building permits and authority approvals?

Yes. We prepare and follow up submissions for building permits, NOCs, inspections and completion certificates with Dubai Municipality, Dubai Civil Defence, DEWA, Trakhees, Dubai Development Authority, JAFZA, TECOM, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Nakheel and Emaar communities. Where stamped design drawings are needed, we coordinate with a licensed consultant.

How do you price building works?

We price from your drawings and BOQ, or prepare our own BOQ after a site visit. Every quotation is itemised with quantities, inclusions, exclusions and assumptions, so you can compare it fairly with other offers. Variations are priced and agreed in writing before the work is carried out.

Can you modify an existing structure?

Yes. Structural modifications such as new openings, extensions, additional floors and strengthening are a core part of our work. They require a structural assessment and an approved design by a licensed consultant before any work starts, which we coordinate for you.

Planning a project? Send us your drawings or BOQ.

Share your scope and we will arrange a site visit, review the documents and come back with a clear, itemised quotation.
