How we earn the trust of clients and consultants.
Construction risk is controlled by planning, inspection and communication. This is how Hydrock Contracting LLC manages each of them on every project.
Six reasons clients invite us to tender.
These are working standards, not slogans. Ask us how they apply to your project and we will show you the documents behind them.
Engineering-led delivery
Engineers review drawings, specifications and site conditions before pricing, so buildability issues are raised early rather than discovered on site.
Authority coordination
We prepare and follow up permits, NOCs, inspections and completion with Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence, DEWA, Trakhees, DDA and master developers.
Four disciplines, one contract
Civil, structural, interior and MEP works are planned together. Fewer interfaces mean fewer clashes, less rework and a more reliable programme.
Transparent commercial terms
Itemised BOQs with stated quantities, inclusions and exclusions. Variations are priced and agreed in writing before the work is carried out.
Documented quality
Material approvals, inspection requests and test records are kept for every stage and handed over with as-built documents.
Safe, tidy sites
Method statements and risk assessments come before work starts. We protect occupied buildings and work within client permit-to-work systems.
The controls behind the finished work.
Consultants and project managers expect a contractor to document its work. These are the records and routines we run on site.
Inspect, record, then proceed
- Material submittals and approvals (MIR) before delivery
- Work inspection requests (WIR) at each hold point
- Concrete cube, pressure and electrical test records
- Joint snagging and de-snagging before handover
- As-built drawings and warranty documents on completion
Planned before work starts
- Method statements and risk assessments for each activity
- Permits to work for hot works, lifting and work at height
- Toolbox talks and PPE on every site
- Hoarding, dust and noise control in occupied buildings
- Daily housekeeping and safe access routes
Clear plans, early warnings
- Baseline programme agreed at mobilisation
- One point of contact from tender to handover
- Regular progress reports with photographs
- Early notice of anything affecting cost or time
- Coordination meetings with consultants and authorities
Six controlled stages from first visit to handover.
The same sequence applies whether the job is a villa extension, an office fit-out or a warehouse modification.

Do you handle building permits and authority approvals?
Yes. We prepare and follow up submissions for building permits, NOCs, inspections and completion certificates with Dubai Municipality, Dubai Civil Defence, DEWA, Trakhees, Dubai Development Authority, JAFZA, TECOM, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Nakheel and Emaar communities. Where stamped design drawings are needed, we coordinate with a licensed consultant.
How do you price building works?
We price from your drawings and BOQ, or prepare our own BOQ after a site visit. Every quotation is itemised with quantities, inclusions, exclusions and assumptions, so you can compare it fairly with other offers. Variations are priced and agreed in writing before the work is carried out.
Can I send drawings or a BOQ for a quotation?
Yes. Use the enquiry form to upload PDF, DWG or Excel files, or send them by email or WhatsApp. Tell us the location and your target start date and we will arrange a site visit if one is needed.
Planning a project? Send us your drawings or BOQ.
Share your scope and we will arrange a site visit, review the documents and come back with a clear, itemised quotation.
