The brief
The client required additional living space at an existing villa. The extension had to match the existing building and meet master developer and authority requirements.

- Excavation, foundations and RCC frame for the new structure

How we managed it
On extensions to existing villas we separate the works area from the house with hoarding and a dedicated site access, and agree working hours with the owner. Each stage, from reinforcement to concrete pours, is inspected before work proceeds, and inspection records are kept for the consultant and authority.
Result
The extension was completed and handed over with as-built information.
