Overview
Industrial clients rarely have the option of closing a facility while works are carried out. Modifications have to be phased around production, deliveries and staff, and every activity needs to fit the facility's permit-to-work and safety systems.
We plan industrial works with that reality in mind. Our engineers survey the existing structure and services, agree working zones and shutdown windows with your operations team, and coordinate approvals with JAFZA, Trakhees, Dubai Industrial City, DDA or Dubai Municipality as applicable.

How we manage the work
Facility survey
Structural and services survey of the existing facility, with load checks where new equipment or mezzanines are planned.
Phasing plan
Working zones, access routes, shutdown windows and segregation agreed with your operations and HSE teams.
Permits and approvals
Free zone and authority approvals coordinated through your consultant, plus internal permits to work for hot works and lifting.
Execution and handover
Supervised works with daily coordination, inspections and a clean handover of the area back to operations.

How do you price building works?
We price from your drawings and BOQ, or prepare our own BOQ after a site visit. Every quotation is itemised with quantities, inclusions, exclusions and assumptions, so you can compare it fairly with other offers. Variations are priced and agreed in writing before the work is carried out.
Can you work while our facility stays operational?
Yes. Much of our industrial and fit-out work is carried out in occupied buildings. We agree working zones, access, noise limits and shutdown windows with your team in advance, and work within your permit-to-work and HSE requirements.
Which authorities do you coordinate with?
We coordinate with the authority responsible for the site, including Dubai Municipality, Dubai Civil Defence, DEWA, Trakhees, DDA, JAFZA, TECOM, Dubai Silicon Oasis, and the community management of Nakheel and Emaar developments.
