Hydrock Contracting LLC is a Dubai-registered contracting company with its office in Al Quoz. Our team has worked on UAE construction projects for more than a decade, across villas, commercial buildings, offices, schools and industrial facilities.
We are deliberately structured as a technical contractor. Our engineers are involved from the first site visit, through estimating and approvals, to site supervision and handover. That continuity means the person who understood your requirements at the start is still accountable at the end.
A large part of our work is modification and improvement of existing buildings: extensions, structural alterations, industrial upgrades and fit-outs in occupied premises. This work demands careful surveys, temporary works planning and close coordination with building management, consultants and authorities. It is where an engineering approach makes the clearest difference.

Plan before we build
Surveys, drawing reviews and method statements come before mobilisation. Problems are cheapest to solve on paper.
Price what is drawn
Quotations follow the drawings and BOQ, with clear assumptions. If something is unclear we ask, rather than guess.
Comply from day one
Permits, NOCs and inspections are planned into the programme, not left to the end of the job.
Inspect and record
Work is inspected stage by stage, with inspection requests and material approvals kept on file.
Protect people and property
Safe systems of work, site protection and housekeeping, especially in occupied buildings and live facilities.
Communicate clearly
Regular progress updates, a single point of contact and early notice of anything that affects cost or programme.

Many projects in Dubai stall at the approvals stage. We plan submissions alongside the construction programme and coordinate directly with the authority or master developer responsible for the site.
Our team regularly prepares and follows up drawings, NOCs, building permits, inspections and completion certificates. This covers Dubai Municipality, Dubai Civil Defence, DEWA, Trakhees, Dubai Development Authority, JAFZA, TECOM, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Nakheel and Emaar communities.

Hydrock is managed by its founder, a civil engineer with long experience in UAE construction, authority approvals and fit-out works. He remains directly involved in estimating, client meetings and project reviews.
